We have a very simple Service Guarantee that we provide to our Clients. It is about YOU, not us.
If our service is not up to the standards that we promised then you should not have to pay the full amount of our account but pay according to the level of service that YOU consider we have achieved.
Here is how it works in practice:
- We bill you the account, either as agreed or that we consider to be a fair and reasonable figure for the service that we have performed.
- You review the work and the account.
- If you are less than completely satisfied with the service you received, then pay a figure that represents your level of satisfaction.
We do not expect our clients to pay for unsatisfactory service. With our unique Service Guarantee you will be in charge of the value you receive and having made that assessment, pay accordingly.
We put our money where our mouth is to show you that we are absolutely committed to the best possible level of Client service as determined by YOU, not us.
